Purpose and Objective
We are seeking a Finance Actuary to join our exciting, fast-paced Finance team. You will assist the VP and Head of Finance, US Retirement with financial reporting, business performance and metrics and ALM and modelling for Legal & General Retirement America (LGRA). You will bring your actuarial knowledge to help shape value-adding solutions that enable our team to meet the changing needs of the division. You will have the opportunity to develop and coach a Senior Actuarial associate on the team that will directly report to this role. LGRA’s Finance team includes actuaries at all levels, from recent hires to industry veterans.

Purpose and Objective
The Retirement Services Supervisor will co-lead a growing team of analysts across two locations who service annuitants and clients from Legal & General’s U.S. Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) business. The team also provides the organization’s Service Associates with ongoing training support for sophisticated processes, product training, and pension concepts.
The Supervisor will collaborate with the Director of Retirement Services to develop and implement strategies, technologies, standards, procedures, and measurements that improve overall efficiency and quality. They will also be expected to take personal ownership of a small number of ad hoc projects, high-profile cases and provide necessary services.

Purpose and Objective
Reporting to the LGRA Chief Risk Officer, the Director, Credit Risk provides independent oversight of Credit Risks arising from the investment portfolios managed by Legal & General America. Works collaboratively with 1st Line to deliver business objectives within agreed Credit Risk appetite and tolerances, providing independent feedback and challenge to inform senior management decisions. The Director, Credit Risk will contribute to the maintenance of an effective credit risk control and governance framework, and ensure that the risk appetite is appropriately defined and adherence is correctly measured. The individual will provide management of technology programs (projects) and vendors, advising the business, developing proposals into business cases, delivery of projects/programs of work, handling the business impacts, vendor SLAs and partnering across teams to lead aspects of the technology implementation.

Legal & General Retirement America (LGRA) is seeking a data analyst to take full responsibility for the technical data analysis across the organization. This will include providing control of all LGRA data structures and helping to design a data strategy for all LGRA systems and ancillary platforms. This role will work alongside enterprise, solution, and data architects to support key data analysis to support the data aspirations of the organization.
This position will provide a level of governance to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and traceability of the data is maintained across all systems to support reporting requirements, to enable confidence in the current and future integrity of our data. Additionally, this position provides input to senior management to ensure the business & IT Strategy is underpinned by the data strategy and architecture enabling and supporting the delivery of strategic objectives.
