The Document Indexing Representative will review and enter all necessary information to establish a policy within the administration system. Ensure the completeness of all required documents and attach to established policies to fulfill outstanding requirements. 

Responsibilities

  • Review and input application data, type of insurance, and riders into the administrative system to ensure the accurate and timely submission of all life insurance applications.
  • Evaluate all documents for completeness to ensure they meet legal and compliance requirements including the generation of outgoing correspondence to meet replacement regulations.
  • Attach all incoming new business documents to the policy file to meet or exceed pre-defined productivity and quality standards.
  • Review and input all AppAssist tele-interview requests
  • Reject incomplete applications and generate outbound email notifications to the appropriate parties accurately and professionally within predefined time service standards.
  • Respond to email and telephone inquiries accurately, professionally and within pre-defined time standards.
  • Complete other projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years in professional work history
  • Data entry/30 wpm typing
  • Ability to perform in a fast paced production oriented environment
  • Detail oriented High tolerance for repetitive tasks
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)

 

What’s in it for you?

 

The expected hiring compensation range for this position is $42,700 - $52,000 annually. This is a hybrid role, requiring onsite reporting three days per work week with flexibility of work from home days the remaining two. 

 

The total compensation package for this position may include other elements, long term incentives, and annual bonuses.  This role is eligible to participate in the Legal & General America Annual Incentive Plan. The current target payment for the position is 3% of base salary, modified for corporate and individual performance. Bonuses are pro-rated based on start date.  This role has 10 vacation days and 10 sick days that are accrued on a bi-weekly basis. Employees also have 9 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
