As an Intern in the LGA Underwriting Audit team, you will manage all Post Issue Attending Physician Statements (PIA), and reconciling PIA SmartSheets. 

Responsibilities

 

  1. Load PIAs to record summary portal DigitalOwl, upload PIAs to digital platform Horizon, archive/unarchive PIAs to generate report, download PIA report, and re-load PIAs with portal error(s).                                                              
  2. Load DigitalOwl data to SmartSheet, load DigitalOwl Pass files, complete DigitalOwl Pass Horizon cards, and locate DigitalOwl summaries, as needed for auditors.
  3. Promote company culture by demonstrating our core behavioral competencies: Collaborative, Purposeful, and Straightforward.
  4. Other duties as required.

Qualifications

Experience/Knowledge

Knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Power Point and Word.

Knowledge and experience using SharePoint preferred.

1+ year experience in business/corporate setting

 

Skills

Natural curiosity, inquisitive nature

Strong documentation skills/attention to detail

Capable of performing tasks with minimal supervision, managing their own time and priorities, and proactively seeking solutions, while delivering results.

Excellent organizational and communication skills (verbal and written)

This is a temporary internship opportunity offering $20/hour, working a full time schedule for the duration of the internship (approximately 6 months). This is a remote role.
