 The Forecasting and Performance Analyst will be responsible for planning the resource requirements and tracking benefits and operational efficiency. This will involve working in close conjunction with different business areas to understand their processes, workflows, and targets. The role will track actual and forecasted staffing levels together with the support of forecast creation, and KPI’s throughout the business against plans, providing support to the Forecasting and Performance Specialist creating data that enables insight and analysis. Supporting in the delivery of operational efficiencies and excellence

 

The Analyst will contribute to the creation and maintenance of operational forecasts, plans and budget models. Combining insight analysis producing and leading with recommendations into associated performance indicators that drive efficiency whilst balancing engagement culture and business objectives.

 

 

 

Responsibilities

  1. Support and maintain forecasting, capacity, and budget models both back office and telephony modelling, both tactical and strategic.

 

  1. Maintain models used to plan resources and analysis in long term business decisions.

 

  1. Monitor assumptions & actual results against plan and deliver efficient solutions to real problems that drive employee engagement and business efficiency.

 

  1. Support contact center projects providing tactical and strategic plans to meet business requirements.

 

  1. Develop and maintain world class stakeholder relationships that enable business and customer demand success.

 

  1. Assist the Forecasting and Planning Specialist in the production of insight and performance improvement opportunities.

 

  1. Weekly build Power Point presentations for distribution and Capacity Plan meetings.

Qualifications

Education

BS/BA Degree in Business or IT preferred.

 

Experience/Knowledge

2+ years’ experience in operational roles with delivery record

Experience of working to targets to improve customer, people, or cost metrics.

Experience of identifying and making improvements in operational customer facing environments

Experience of basic statistical modelling

Experience in life insurance industry, preferred.

What’s in it for you?
 
The expected hiring compensation range for this position is $76,600 - $105,325 annually. 

 

The total compensation package for this position may include other elements, such as a sign-on bonus, long term incentives, and annual bonuses.  This role is eligible to participate in the Legal & General America Annual Incentive Plan. The current target payment for the position is 8% of base salary, modified for corporate and individual performance. Bonuses are pro-rated based on start date.  This role has 15 vacation days and 10 sick days that are accrued on a bi-weekly basis. Employees also have 9 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
