    Responsible for providing full-cycle recruiting, for assigned roles, and to partner with the HRBP and leadership to bring the best talent to help grow the business. Role supports and drives recruitment efforts, marketing strategies and social media presence in support of building brand recognition and developing a strong candidate pipeline.

    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for requisition including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer and onboarding support. Act as primary liaison/communication point with applicants and candidates from initial contact to offer acceptance/decline.
    • Reviews approved staffing requisitions and develops, creates and executes appropriate sourcing strategies (for both active and passive candidates) which may include management of recruiting agencies; creating and posting of “eye catching” job ads on professional boards and social media; participation in job fairs; and other available avenues to find candidates.
    • Develop, implement and maintain employer brand content across social media channels (Glassdoor, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.). Research new media platforms, trends and industry opportunities.
    • Create and execute marketing campaigns that generate leads for priority openings and build talent pipelines and company awareness, in partnership with our marketing team.
    • Partner with hiring managers to understand candidate profiles and help develop competency based (behavioral) interview guides.
    • Serve as company liaison to candidates, presenting a positive company image. Ensure candidates are engaged throughout hiring process, foster a positive interview experience – aligned with our culture - for candidates.
    • Screen candidates for a wide range of roles and present qualified candidates to HRBP and hiring manager.
    • Provide feedback on applicants and candidates and ensures timely coordination of candidate movement through various systems and processes.
    • Negotiates and extends offers of employment.
    • Use full functionality of ATS to manage the selection, offer, negotiation and closing involved in full lifecycle recruiting.
    • Conduct time sensitive activities including pre-hire background check processes, pre-employment assessments, and prepare hire documents necessary for on-boarding.
    • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions and other recruiting activities to ensure Company and legal compliance with all federal and state employment laws and best practice policies and processes.
    • Track and report hiring metrics including candidate experience surveys and feedback.
    • May support new staff on-boarding and orientation processes.
    • Performs other duties that may be of a highly confidential nature requiring knowledge of organizational practices, policies and procedures.





    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent  
    • 1 – 3 years of corporate recruiting and/or agency staffing experience
    • ATS experience – iCIMS preferred
    • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
    • Well-developed interviewing skills including behavioral based interviews
    • Significant knowledge in social media recruiting, technology, internet sourcing and online recruitment tools


    • Ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies for the recruitment of staff at all levels
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, listening skills and the ability to communicate effectively through phone, in-person and all electronic communication tools
    • Strong interpersonal skills – ability to work independently or in teams; build and nurture relationships
    • Ability to take initiative with strong analytical, reasoning and negotiation skills
    • Creative thinker and problem solver with preference to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, hands-on environment
