Review and/or prepare timely and accurate quarterly and annual financial statements and review. Perform the detail consolidation, analysis and reporting for the corporate holding company under IFRS and US GAAP bases of reporting. Review and/or prepare timely and accurate quarterly and annual US Statutory basis financial statements and compliance reporting and analysis thereon. Review and/or prepare timely and accurate quarterly and annual financial and compliance reporting under Bermuda statutory basis of accounting. Review and/or prepare high-level and detailed analysis of financial statements and subcomponents, particularly against budgets and plan, and as compared to competitors.
BS in accounting or equivalent four-year college degree
CPA strongly preferred Advanced Excel skills
3-5 years combined relevant accounting experience
Public accounting experience preferred
Financial statement or audit background
Insurance industry accounting experience preferred
