The Business Systems Analyst will serve as the technical and analytic consultant for process automation and improvement opportunities. Responsible for working with business teams to identify, design, build, and support automated process solutions to scale business operations throughput and enhance quality of work product.
BS/BA Degree in Business or IT (may consider equivalent combination of education and experience.)
VB or VBA programming
FLMI designation preferred
5+ years experience in process automation role with demonstrated achievements.
4+ years BluePrism or other RPA modular experience preferred.
Project management experience.
Experience in life insurance industry preferred.
